When looking for where i can go and try out stand up comedy in Manchester i decided to search the internet and i found quite a lot of places in the city centre where they have open microphone events for new talent to go and tryout performing comedy on stage in front of a live audience, i found places like:
•Castle Hotel – Which has an open mic event every Monday (http://thecastlehotel.info/)
•Lass O Gowry – Which is a pub that has open mic event also on a Monday (http://www.thelass.co.uk/)
•Town Tavern Hall – Open mic on a Wednesday (http://www.viewmanchester.co.uk/pubsandbars/the-town-hall-tavern-info-29732.html)
These types of pubs and clubs made me want to do my VT about comedy because not many people know about it and some people maybe interested in it.
